Health coaching: everything you need to know

Who are the health coaches?
 

All our coaches are experienced health professionals with specialist training in weight management. Unlike other programs, all our coaches are UK-registered nutritionists too, with specialist training in behavioural change techniques. We want you to have the most up-to-date information, which is why our coaches continually train, completing 50 hours of further education every year.

What happens during a health coach call?
 

Your coach will help you identify key changes that will unlock your weight loss, and help you to make them become a consistent part of your lifestyle. They’ll share strategies to keep you on track and be there to celebrate your successes.

Can I ask my health coach for advice about medications?
 

Yes, all our coaches are trained in weight loss medications so they can advise on your medication pathway.

How effective is health coaching?
 

Studies show that patients who used a health coach lost up to 70% more weight than those who used medication alone.

How soon can I expect to see results or improvements in my health?
 

You can expect to lose up to 10% of your body weight in 6 months by following your programme (including medication, coaching, diet and exercise).
