How do I log into the app?
After completing your assessment and being recommended a treatment plan, you’ll be sent a link to download the app. Use your email address and set up a password following the simple steps on screen.
How can I contact my coach through the app?
Yes, you can speak with them through a link that takes you to a Whatsapp conversation, for booking a coaching call, you can do so through the app and a third party provider called ‘Calendly’ on the ‘Coaching’ page.
What can I track in the app?
You can track the following in the app:
Your starting weight.
Your current weight.
Progress photos, to visualise your end goal.
Milestones, however big or small.
Can I log my food in the app?
Not yet, but this is a feature we are working on bringing to the app in the future!
Does the app cost on top of my subscription?
No, the app is already included with every subscription plan!
